Coach
Drew has been playing competitive sports, with a special focus on baseball, golf and lacrosse, since the time he could walk. In college, he continued playing D2 lacrosse and captained the team for all four years of his NCAA eligibility.
However, like many of us after college, Drew fell off the deep end and became very inactive, sitting behind a desk 10 hours a day. After several years he took a look in the mirror and didn’t like what he saw and the path he was heading down.
Drew began lifting again, but soon found himself losing interest. Luckily it was around the same time that he found CrossFit. He enjoys the challenge, the results, competing and most of all the community. In 2017, Drew earned his CrossFit L1 certificate. He looks forward to coaching and helping others reach their goals and potential.
