Mickey grew up playing a multitude of sports. Fitness has been a part of his life since an early age.
His biggest passion is football and was he lucky enough to play in a Semi Pro League while attending Texas A&M. Mickey graduated with a Biomedical Science degree looking to further his future in physical therapy, knowing that his true passion was helping people.
Mickey always loved working out but was lucky enough to find Crossfit because he literally stalled out running nowhere at the local global gym. Once he started at CrossFit Illuminati, he fell in love with the people and the atmosphere instantly.
Crossfit has led Mickey on a path of health and allowed him to reach goals that he truly thought were unattainable. He loves the fact that he can get to help others in their quest to become their best selves. Per Mickey, Crossfit and the Illuminati family has made him a better person beyond the gym and he is grateful to have the chance to help others have the same experience.
